New features include new structures, new maps, a starter guide, opens the game to modding and allows you to share your mods. It will be fully compatible with Cities XL 2011 version with a discounted upgrade available. An expansion pack is being released simultaneously.

On January 27, 2010 Monte Cristo announced due to a low subscription rate they would be closing the multiplayer online service, and they did so on March 8, 2010. Combat involves a mechanism called "strategic dismemberment", in which the player must cut off limbs or sections of the Necromorphs to defeat them. For example, shooting certain Necromorphs in the head will have little effect, but they can be stopped once the player removes its arms and legs. Depending on how they are wounded, Necromorphs can adopt new stances and tactics, even sprouting new limbs or giving birth to new enemies in the process.

Extract DVD1 and DVD2 with PowerISO
After the extract - Combine with DVD1 DVD2 by:
Copy the file that is in the DVD2 ("Setup-3.bin" and "Setup-4.bin")
